The playlist where you type in what games you play/ love/ recently completed or whatever should effective than what it is. If a user, for example, types in that he plays Doom at the moment, that should also be seen on the game's site here on Mobygames. Kind of like this, I play Doom and at that into my playlist, you press that link and end up at that games profile and there it should be a list with people who plays it/ loves it/ recently finished it.

I know that GameSpot does something like this and it would be a good feature for this site. Also a telly up of all the people that have a certain game in there "Have List" to get the games popularity which can go on the that game's page would be nice.

One thing that you might add to it is a "plan on getting" thing, like for the console list.
