User AvatarI miss David Berk. The site is not the same without him. Also, he and MAT are the only notable MobyGame contributors I've met in real life. Dave invited me to lunch when I was in New York. He is a great guy and it's a tremendous pity he has left us.

Speaking of which, I miss MAT too, he was very active on the site before the forums were invented, and has been pretty off stage ever since.

On the other hand, some veteran contributors have returned after a prolonged absence - like Sam Jeffreys. It's great to have him around again.

User AvatarYes, I miss Riamus too, tho I wasn't here long before he left. Also General Error, Maw, Zovni (though he does check in occasionally), and others whose names I sadly can't think of right now.*

*I believe I was thinking of Matt Neuteboom, but he's actually been aound a bit, too.

User AvatarGeneral Error, Luis Silva and Maw indeed.

I noticed Maw in the QA credits here, but it may have been someone else.

User Avatarnever heard about any of those :)

But I can understand you... I've been a long-time user at xcomufo.com forums before they practically died out and often remember the great times of the past...

I miss Rachel *wink, wink*

Also, I miss those spam threads we used to get so often a while back. The ones in engrish were awesome. I loved those threads more fantastically! =D

User AvatarNow that Unicorn-Lynx is back, my only real holdout standout is General Error / Yobu, since our weirdo beats enjoyed so much overlap. It's extraordinary for someone (well, not for Sciere 8) to beat me to a submission of a game that stands out in my head.

He found a life too, last I heard. Happy ending in his case, thus far.

Rachel is the only one I miss, I mean it was so entertaining to read her posts and have someone to make fun of. She is the only major departure since I became active on this site, as I have not been here for long.

Yeah, I know. That was the problem with her. I just was referring too all the accounts as Rachel.
User AvatarActually she was me all along. Er...or was it the other girl?

I tend to get my multiple personalities mixed up sometimes. :p

Why do you think I put a "8)" at the end of it ? XD

Awww, thanks Mom. Glad to see some one around here thinks of me.

Also, I miss A LOT of the old Moby crew. I think half the reason I stopped coming around was due to the lack of the "regular crew" as I called them. Mostly, I miss Berk big time. This place isn't the same without him.

Though I am very very happy to see Unicorn still around. I still remember all those scares we had of him leaving and never coming back. :-( Best not to think of that.

Thanks for the kind words, man :) I was in a bad condition back then. Got easily irritated.

Nerds have short memories. That's why I keep finding myself playing FPS and Hack-and-Slash RPGs...only to regret it later. Again. :p

Actually I was in junior highschool. You know, bent shoulders, thick glasses, flanel shirt, the works. For some odd reason, my bone structure got developed and later when I got older, I developed physical attributes that may deem "intimidating" to the average Indonesian, and it took me awhile to notice that the ladies suddenly were paying attention. Or in your words, yes, an Indonesian porn star. :p

PS. Have you been stalking me in Facebook?
PSS. Can I stalk back? :)

1. I typed yer name into Google's image search and stalked you@friendster.com.
2. No. I'll never become a member of the Church of Myspace & Co if you mean that.
User AvatarGod, you must've been really bored. :p
But it is nice to know via the internet, that I'm the only person in the world called Inderanta Depari. Does wonders to my already over-exceeded ego. :p
