Or anyone else unusually knowledgeable about japanese PC games. A guy I know is looking for a game and all he has to go on is this image:
According to him it's about a school girl who has a magical-girl-style alter ego who solves crimes or something. It's probably a PC game, and potentially pornographic, though to what degree he has no idea. Any clue on what it could be named, or if there's a database somewhere to search for a title?

From the art style I'd guess a vintage circa 1997-2002, but beyond that I have no idea. I don't recognize the specific artist, though it does look sort of like Hiyoko Kobayashi's late-'90s style -- this piece doesn't match up with anything she's worked on, though.
The girl in the uniform looks really familiar, though that's probably just because that's a really common pose. Sorry I can't be any more help. =\

Where did he find the image? Did he play the game? When did he play it? If not, how does he know it's a game? Answers that might narrow the possibilities by a lot.
