nothing. I think that the case that this and all other alleged Infocom releases ((Zork I-III, Ballyhoo) on the MSX are not official is pretty strong. I inquired about them a while ago on a dedicated MSX board, with the likely explanation being that they're CP/M conversions.

The early, unlikely release dates and absent of any box art fits into this.
