e-Reader series

Group Description

All games as part of the GBA e-Reader card series. GBA e-Reader card are paper cards, similar to trading cards, that contain data in the form of bar codes.

The e-Reader device would scan the data, thus loading in a game or adding features to a game. Some cards contained an entire NES game rom, for example Donkey Kong Jr. was released as a pack of 5 cards. Other cards simply contained key codes that would unlock certain features already built into a game.
