A series of sports simulation games created by Sports Interactive Limited (some of which also carry an official license from the National Hockey League) in which the player controls a hockey team general manager and attempts to make that team a success.

The series was on hiatus from January 2007 to December 2015 after Sports Interactive Limited decided not to continue development on a new version. The announcement came after the series' previous game, NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007, did not bring in enough money to cover the development costs. The team blames piracy.
