Portability Engine: CiderGroup DescriptionTransGaming Technologies released their proprietary portability engine, Cider, an offshoot of Wine, in 2006. The engine is a wrapper which translates PC API calls from existing PC games, allowing them to run within the Mac OS X operating system on Intel based computers.
