4 in a Row
Description
4 In A Row is a windows, single player, shareware, mouse controlled turn-based colour matching game. Each turn the player may move one object and this causes more randomly coloured object to appear on the board.
The object of the game is to arrange the objects to form lines of four or more of the same colour. The lines can be arranged vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. Each line completed immediately disappears and scores points. If a player clears seven tiles/blocks in a move they earn a 'bomb' which can be used to clear space in the game area. The game continues until all cells are occupied and there are no more moves left. There are four game variants:* Easy: Seven colours, two blocks added per turn
- Medium: Six colours, three blocks added per turn. This is the only mode available in the shareware version.
- Hard: Seven colours, three blocks added per turn
- Easy: Five colours, four blocks added per turn
The game has a choice of tile sets, music, sound and voice effects, and a high score table.
