DescriptionAlice in Bomberland is an explosive take on Lewis Carroll's famous story. It's an action game where in each level, Alice has to collect the lost pages of her story at the same time as she avoids getting hit by the various bombs and missiles that goes off around here. There are two kinds of levels: gravity based where Alice can move left and right and jump upwards and falling/flying levels where Alice can move freely in any direction. The objective is the same though: reach the target score by collecting story pages and various power ups. Getting hit by an explosion leads to a loss of health (represented by hearts) and when all out the current level has to be restarted.
There are eight different enemy characters and each have their own levels, weapon types and power ups. For example the white rabbit throws dynamite while the caterpillar uses a bazooka to shoot missiles. The game has a total of 48 levels and each enemy will appear six times. The levels are structured so that Alice will never face the same enemy two times in a row. With every level a new power up is introduced. Power ups include a potion that shrinks Alice, the vis warn that shows the explosion ratio of a projectile and the rabbit's watch that temporarily freezes time. Not all power ups have positive effects though. There is also the visions hookah that spouts out distracting green gas and egg shells that are worth negative points.
