After seeing the original tale, Grimm again goes about bringing about a darker version by going through several platform levels of the story and touching everything to raise a darkness meter enough to progress to the next area. The resulting darker story is played at the end to show the changes affected the story. In this episode the clock showing how quickly each level is beat will change colour from gold to silver to normal time so it becomes clear when to speed up. Finding bonuses subtracts time and yields a better final result.
