The Amiga version is yet another straight conversion of an ST game, with the jerky scrolling perfectly preserved. Nevertheless, apart from the scrolling, it's close conversion of the arcade game with some unusual and compelling gameplay.
Bleeeurgh! What a pile of old tosh this is - poorly drawn sprites sliding around a really jerky screen, absolutely miles away from the excellent arcade machine. Even ardent fans of the coin-op would be disappointed with this cruddy ST port-over, so leave it well alone (unless you're three tins short of a six-pack).
[Budget re-release] Terminally flawed conversion hat isn't worth considering unless you're a real masochist. More of a Chronic Commando than a Bionic Commando.
