version numbers / differences (Hoyle: Official Book of Games - Volume 1)

There's version numbers ending with 104, 113, and 115. I don't see any difference in computer requirements. So I'm guessing these were bug fix releases? Anyone know for sure?

Version numbers usually differ by bugfixes and sometimes new/improved features (and balancing if it's a strategy game). Why would they need different system requirements?

That I understand. I'm actually a software developer myself. Just wanted to know if anyone knew what may have been fixed or not?
