My question concerns this game, as well as one of Putt Putt's earlier adventures. Well, I found the game somewhere ;) and tried downloading it, I spent so much time... and then I see only he0, he1, he2 etc. files in the rar file. For me it means the download was in vain because I have completely no idea what these files are and what should I do with them to get an executable file. Anyone could help?

These sound like Humongous Entertainment (HE) proprietary data files -- likely versions of the game intended for play directly via SCUMMVM instead of with the original executables.

Yes, I think the HE1 files etc. are also present in the originals, along with the executables needed to make them run. Any Humongous Entertainment game distributed solely for Scummvm is assuredly a pirated version, it's very true.
