The True Blue achievement/trophy is referencing the Sonic music album of the same name.

Road Rampage might (I'm just basing myself off of TVTropes' Sega Superstars trivia page) be a reference to The Simpsons: Road Rage and Sega's subsequent lawsuit over it.

Working Man is the name of the forklift job theme from Shenmue.

I presume Wheels of Fire is a reference to this (makes sense since a) it came with two Sega games and b) it only came out in the UK, and since Sumo Digital's from there...)

I'll just leave this before this post stretches out even more: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Trivia/SegaSuperstars

The DS version also has a few more not present on the other versions:

"The Game Is Never Over!" - I think it was another Master System-era slogan?
"Seeing Superstars" - Might be a reference to Sega Superstars (and Sega Superstars Tennis now that we're at it)
"Zillion Stars" - The Zillion games on Master System
"Wheelie Good" - I have no idea about this
"Super Sonic" - Pretty self-explanatory
"Spinball Wizard" - Reference to both Sonic Spinball and The Who's "Pinball Wizard"
"Mean Bean Machines" - Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
"Don't Fall Out" - Super Monkey Ball's "FALL OUT!" message when you fall off the stage
"Giant Eggs" - Same as "Giant Egg" on the console versions
"Sk8er Skitchin'" - Again, I'm not sure, but it must reference both Street Sk8er/Street Skater and Skitchin'
