Description
Ashes Cricket 2009 continues Codemasters' series of cricket games (previously 'Ricky Ponting' and 'Brian Lara'). The game adds a number of new features. Batsmen can now choose back and front foot shots, while bowlers are given a larger arsenal of deliveries to choose from, along with guides for where to pitch for maximum impact. The game is fully licensed by the ECB, Cricket Australia and the MCC for the 2009 Ashes tournament, with all Australian and English players featuring their appropriate likenesses and names. The games also boasts fully featured ODI, Test and Twenty over modes - both single match and tournament, a Legends coaching mode hosted by Sir Ian Botham and Shane Warne, player customization, and on-line play.
