Summary
BOOM!
The Good
Not arcade perfect, but OK. This is the 2600 after all. After the title screen woos you to play this game, you'll be surprised at how fast it is. The con-trolls were a little loose, but manageable. The graphics were plain and differed only slightly in their colors for the levels. The sound is familiar and dead on. Overall a good deal.
The Bad
The graphics border-lined on plain to terrible. The spiders, slugs, and the centipedes look good, but if Atari expects me to believe that those dashes are mushrooms, and that BLOCK is my ship, they must have been more arrogant than everyone said they are.
The Bottom Line
If you'r in a mood for a quirky shoot 'em up, give this a try. If you wan't to play some other version, go right ahead! I recommend the arcade version.
