The headquarters of the G.I. Joe Special Mission Forces is under siege by the archenemy Cobra! Cobra, an evil organization determined to take over the world, has appeared in the form of a giant cobra snake. Right now, it looms over the camp threatening disaster. So on the double! Man your positions! Defend the camp! Destroy the villain before it's too late!

• The giant Cobra--ready to fire--slithers over G.I. Joe recruits running for shelter below. But the G.I. Joes have weapons, too. Missile-firing guns and atomic powered energy shields.
• In the one-player games, you are G.I. Joe. The Cobra is computer-controlled. Use your shield to catch the Cobra's vaporizing venom and piercing laser beams. Use your gun to fire missiles--8 hits to the eyes and POW!--the Cobra is gone!
• In the two-player games, both players work together to destroy the Cobra and protect the recruits. Or one player can be the Cobra! Drop venom from your fangs! Shoot laser beams from your eyes!
• The G.I. Joes use a set of paddles. In the three-player games, the Cobra uses a Joystick.
• In the three-player games, two players are the G.I. Joes while the third is the Cobra. Will the Cobra get the recruits first or will the G.I. Joes destroy the Cobra?
