According to AtariAge.com, this is the last game released for the Atari 2600 in the United States by Atari.

Although the box and cartridge imply that Nolan Bushnell created this game, according to AtariAge.com, in reality, Mr. Bushnell came up with the general idea (something along the lines of Nintendo's Zelda) and made comments as the game was made. Steve deFrisco actually created and programmed most of the game, including setting it in a sci-fi setting.
