It appears that the game was being created in 1983, but, whether due to the video game crash or another reason, was only finished about 50% and was shelved, incomplete. In 2002, CGE created a box, label and manual and released the game on cartridge, as is, at that year's Classic Gaming Expo.

Here is a link to a page with the box. It was made to look like Atari's children's line, like Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is an unreleased prototype by Atari. The original prototype cartridge was sold on eBay in 2000. Someone then did a ROM dump. CGE Services Corporation created a cartridge, box and manual in the same style as Sorcerer's Apprentice and sold the game at the 2002 Classic Gaming Expo. The game is actually only 50% complete so it is more of a collector's item than a full game.
