Trivia
Here is a picture of the Cosmic Commander controller at AtariAge.com.
The Survival Run cart did not have the end sticker on it when you got it. The Cosmic Commander came with sticker sheets and one of them was the cart's end sticker that you had to apply yourself. The cart already had the front picture sticker.
If you lost your Survival Run cart or it broke, you could sent off to Milton Bradly for a replacement for $20.00.
This game came with the Cosmic Commander controller. The controller was designed to look like a futuristic flight control but functioned like any digital joystick. This game was never sold as a separate package, only with the Cosmic Commander, but the game can be played with the regular joystick as well.
