Exploring a bit...

Walking into a bar; the characters in Brattaccas are full of idle chit-chat.

Waiting for an elevator; sometimes the dialogue can be outright comical, if you stop to think about it.

Sometimes the chit-chat is downright unfriendly.

Areas can get a little crowded, but everyone still jabbers away regardless.

A friendly exchange; note the announcement -- other characters are moving around elsewhere, doing their own thing as well

And... a not-so-friendly exchange.

Light conversation over a dead body; the dead green fellow is one of those hunting our protagonist.
