Trivia

In the PC version, it was much easier getting through the dungeons (which were dark in the original Amiga/ST versions if the player had no torch) since it only ran in 16-colours, leaving no way to darken the maze very well, so it got left as full brightness.

In 1994 Psygnosis were working on another action/RPG hybrid, which was nominally to be a sequel to Obitus, although the working title was merely G2. A demo was included with Amiga Format magazine, but it was so unstable and buggy that Psygnosis issued a full-page apology in the next issue, and the game was never completed.
