De l'humour, de l'action, des graphismes et un bruitage originaux : un heureux cocktail.
Commodore 64Computer and Video Games (CVG)
If you liked Quest for Tires, you'll probably love Grog's Revenge.
Hilarious cartoon fun lies in BC II's cassette box. Brilliant graphics and animation with some of the most hysterical death routines since Cliff Hanger along with fitting sound will grab you instantly. Lasting appeal, like its predecessor is rather dubious although a greater challenge is presented with this one.
Note: Original score of 91 was made in error and was corrected in a later issue.
Commodore 64Commodore Format
If you want the zenith of computer gaming technology, Grog's Revenge is not going to satisfy you by a long shot. If you want to have a bit of fun with a bloke on a sandstone unethical, this could be your bag. A fun little diversion.
ColecoVisionThe Video Game Critic
Not only is this zero fun, but it looks like total crap. When you finally complete a level, it's off to the next cliff for even more aggravating escapades. The only innovative feature in Grog's Revenge is the ability to "warp" to different levels, but it's pretty useless in a game this bad. Grog's Revenge resembles the first game by name alone, so don't be fooled.
