Description
When walking alone on a long road, a sudden rainstorm drives a woman to a bright building, looking for shelter. Inside, she is inadvertently mistaken for a contestant in the annual Littledale beauty pageant. When she hears a car is given away to the winner, she does little to protest and plans to eliminate the competition by all means necessary.
Beauties and Beasts is a short AGS adventure game created for the fifth One Room, One Week competition that was run between 21st June and 28th June 2008. Players need to find a way to eliminate three other contest from the beauty pageant and it is going to get ugly. They reside in three change room that serve as separate challenges. To win, she needs to steal a dress, shoes and make-up. The player can collect items and store them in an inventory, combine them, and use them in the environment. The right mouse button is used to examine and the left one to interact.
