The Beyond

The Beyond is a space exploration/conquering/strategy game. The sun lost its fuel much earlier than expected and now most of the life on earth is dead. It is now the players job to seek out new life and planets to prolong the life of your race. At the beginning of the game the player can select which race to play: Humans, Pure energy or Skyranians. Each race has its pros and cons. Only one planet is known at the beginning of the game but as the game progresses more planets will be discovered, either by pure luck by the player or by explorers that will report in the location of the new planet to the player. If a new found planet is hostile it can be conquered by the player by destroying its defences. Friendly planets can be mined for resources and they might also offer the player missions.
