Development

Early in the game's development it was intended to be more surreal and subtle, with TV comedy duo Vic Reeves & Bob Mortimer intended to provided sampled voices.

Version differences

The Amiga version features a long intro animation created by well-known draftsman/animator Eric Schwartz which fully occupies one of three disks and is also present in CD32 version of the game. This intro is not present in the PC version. Martyn Brown's (former Team17 manager) commented: "I can't remember because we hired other team for PC conversion. Besides, it is so long ago."
