Brainiacs: 3-D Baffle and Hex is a compilation of two puzzle games and is one of a series of Brainiacs 3-D titles.

The first game here is 3-D Pegged, formerly known as 3-D Baffle and Epic Pegged. This game is an animated version of the board game commonly known as Solitaire in the UK, Peg Solitaire in the US, another common name is Brainvita. The game is played on a board with a number holes in it of pegs in it. The player must jump one peg over another to capture it, all captured pieces are removed and the object is to finish with a single peg in the central hole. The standard game has all the holes, apart from the central hole, occupied by a peg. This is an animated version of that game with several non-standard peg configurations of escalating difficulty. It also has two choices of boards & pegs, several types of music and a range of in-game sounds.

The second game is 3-D Hex which is a two player strategy game played on a hexagonal grid. Each player takes it in turns to place a piece in a cell on the grid. The object is to link two sides before the other player does. The game can be played with two players or by one player against the computer.
