Description
A loving homage to
Dragon's Lair and its FMV ilk, this game puts the player in control of "Guy" the stickman, imprisoned (for reasons left undiscussed) in a magical dungeon full of perilous traps and fantastical monsters. Guy needs to escape from it, and room by room he hopes to -- if only he can survive the lethal challenges awaiting him throughout the dungeon's every nook and cranny! Gameplay consists of clicking the mouse on briefly-indicated "hot spot"s -- quickly, lest a horrible fate befall Guy -- and then watching the animated outcome as Guy interacts with his sketchy stickman nightmare world. Three chances is all he gets before the player is obligated to start from the beginning again, but like its predecessors, gameplay is expanded by running through different portions of the dungeon randomly with every new run-through. The game is only completed, however, when every room has been survived.
