DescriptionKio's GunShi is a browser conversion of the Macintosh game GunShy from 1987. It is implementing the Solitaire Mahjongg rules first established by Shanghai.
All 144 Mahjongg stones are randomly build on the board in a special form with five layers. Stones can be removed in pairs if the symbol of the pairs are matching and both stones are "free". A stone is free if at least one side is not locked horizontally with another stone and no other stone is directly above the stone. Exception are the special stones ("Seasons" and "Flowers") are each four different symbols, but can match any of the other stones if they are free.
