DescriptionThis is a match three game created to help celebrate Pac-Man's thirtieth anniversary. The board has red, cyan, orange and pink ghost, as well as Pac-Men, birthday cakes, birthday presents and cherries. You must click two items to make them swap places so as to create a row of three or more of the same items. If you create a row of ghosts on the same row as a Pac-Man, the ghosts turn blue and Pac-Man eats them for extra points. If you match four of the same item, a fruit is added to the outer border. Five of the same, two fruits and six of the same, three fruits. The object is to match objects over the colored tiles to clear the level.
Each time you make a match, the mini Pac-Man on the border moves forward. At the same time, a Chaser Ghost (red) follows him. If the ghost catches mini Pac-Man, the game is over. If mini Pac-Man reaches and eats a cake on the border, all the cakes in the puzzle disappear, clearing any colored tiles they were over. If mini Pac-Man reaches and eats a fruit on the border, you gain extra points.
If you match three or more birthday presents, a special item is added to the table at the right. These may be a hammer that clears one tile, a bomb that clears nine tiles, an item that clears an entire vertical row, an item that clears an entire horizontal row and an item that clears a vertical and a horizontal row.
In later levels, you will have tiles that are outlined in gray with diagonal gray lines in them. These cannot be removed or cleared, only worked around. If you end up with no more moves, the game will clear some items so you can continue. After every six levels, you have an animated intermission.
