BurgerTime Deluxe

The cutesy graphical style may not be to everyone's tastes, and the gameplay at first glance looks childish too. However, a few seconds in, and it's already quite compelling. It mixes platforms with Pacman-style monster avoidance, which make constructing your burgers much more complicated than first appears. Control is via the keyboard, and is almost as simple as you could imagine. Purists may wish they could plug in a joystick though!

Fans of the original game or those who enjoy silly arcade diversions should find this remake a treat for their PC.

BurgerTime Deluxe is a retread of a classic video game franchise from 27 years ago, and old-school gamers may appreciate how it’s been redone. It has some casual game charm but it is buggy and ridiculously overpriced.
