In this game you play the role of a man who has to try and defeat an evil wizard. The game starts with you outside a castle in the middle of a blizzard and you need to get inside quick as every move you take lowers your body temperature until you freeze to death. The game is played by typing in a direction or action you want the character to perform. There is also graphics to show you the location.

Alan Cox wound up revisiting Blizzard Pass's source code and design when writing AberMUD, and portions of the game were later implemented as a zone in the MUD.
