Zzap!
Very quick multiload. Good intro sequence.
Plenty of variety with some excellent large nasties and superb parallax with detailed backgrounds.
Jolly Maniacs of Noise in-game tune plus good FX.

Power Play
Nichts gegen einfache Spiele, aber Flimbo's Quest ist wahrlich nicht besonders aufregend. Feinde abmurksen, Gold und Schriftrollen aufsammeln, das war's. Selbst in den höheren Levels ändert sich bis auf die Grafik so gut wie nichts. Auch das Extrawaffen-Arsenal war bei bei ähnlichen Programmen schon besser und origineller sortiert. Zugegeben, es macht anfangs durchaus Spaß, aber langfristig sinkt die Motivation deutlich. Flimbos Abenteuer lassen sich am ehesten mit "Hawkeye" vergleichen, ohne an dessen Qualitäten heranzureichen. Witzigerweise spielt sich die C 64-Version besser als die Amiga-Umsetzung.
