Cancelled Liverpool games

Two other licensed Liverpool games were planned at different times. The first was from Ocean, who had a team including Nick Taylor working on a game combining action and strategy elements, when they discovered that they did not have the license. Ocean instead developed Adidas Championship Soccer, which meant that the strategy sections which had largely been written were discarded, while the action sections had barely been started and were assembled quickly.

The second was from Grandslam themselves, and was reviewed by Your Commodore magazine, gaining 93%, but nothing ever appeared of this side-view game, which does not resemble any other titles released by Grandslam or anyone else.
