Happy Computer
Das Spiel hat durchaus ein paar nette Ideen, aber zwei wesentliche Mankos. Die simple Grafik ist eine herbe Enttäuschung. Sie hätte vor zwei Jahren noch für Wohlwollen gesorgt, aber anno 1986 macht sie einen schwachen Eindruck. Außerdem ist "Miami Vice" fast unspielbar. Die Steuerung des Autos ist zu schwierig und die zufällig auftauchenden Computer-Autos brausen einem oft so schnell von hinten in die Karosserie, daß man keine Chance zum Ausweichen hat. Das einzige Lob verdient sich die Musik: Martin Galway sorgte bei der Commodore-Version für eine schmissige Umsetzung der Themamusik.

Zzap!
No title screen, but good instructions and adequate in-game presentation are given. Graphics is simplistic, but crisp and colourful. Two soundtracks are present: one stunning, the other very good. The game is far too frustrating to be addictive and is severely lacking in playability and interesting gameplay. Nine pounds is a high price to pay for some great music and little else. Fans of the TV series are in for a big disappointment.
