I'd say it looks like John Berkey's work and when I poked around to see if the two were to be found together anywhere this seemed to be affirmative.

Thanks a bunch, Pseudo; awesome stuff! Never thought about answers.com lol. I remember now that I saw some of his habitat designs at a blog full of NASA dreams from the 60s-90s. Quickies for all who need more:
