Collector's Edition 251 is a compilation of games, many of which are 'Special Editions' i.e. They have fewer levels that the full retail game.

When the CD is inserted it runs automatically installing a menu system for the compilation and nothing more. When a game is selected for the first time it is installed, later selections from the same menu will then run the game.

The product claims there are "over 251 incredible games", however the menu system only shows ninety-three. The higher number is achieved by counting some games more than once. For example there are ten variants of the games Fox and Geese and French Solitaire so they are each counted as ten games, other examples include Solitaire Master 3 SE which is counted as fifty games and Solitaire Master 3 SE 2 which is counted as twenty-five games.

Collector's Edition 251 Windows The games on page four, two of these are counted as ten games while Galaxy is counted as three.
