Leave the Rose Garden and go west as far as you can until you can go no further, then head south until you are at the edge of the swamp, with an owl sitting in one of the trees. There is a footprint here. Go over to this footprint and EXAMINE FOOTPRINT WITH MONOCLE then GET ROLLING PIN next to it. EXAMINE ROLLING PIN WITH MONOCLE. Now go back inside the mansion and return to Fifi's room. After Fifi is finished changing, LOOK FIFI (x2). Go downstairs to the parlor.

Here, LOOK CIGAR and go to the dining room. Rudy is eating at the table. Leave the room and enter the first secret passage. LOOK PAINTING to spy on Lillian and the colonel in his room. Leave the secret passage and re-enter and Laura will smell perfume (If she does not, look in the other secret passages.) Go down into Jeeves' room to notice Jeeves getting ready for a hot date with Beauregard. LOOK FLOWERS on Jeeves' bed and leave. Go back into the colonel's room. When you come back in, you notice the colonel no longer in his wheelchair. Act V should end.
