You also receive a soundtrack, featuring some of the great music found in RA2, and a pewter figurine of one of the many characters.

Trivia

The back of the "Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 Collector's Edition" box says there are eighteen music scores on the soundtrack, which is flawless error for a war, but there are only sixteen of them present on the soundtrack CD included.
