In easy multiplay skirmish's, the AI never builds a naval/sub units so all you have to do to win without losing lots of your attack force is build lots of gunboats, destroyers or cruisers and take your enemy out from the sea! please not that this does not work for the soviets as their subs can NOT fire on land targets.
