Description
The second chapter of "Cosmic Fantasy 4" picks up the story directly from where the
first chapter has left it. After the brave deeds of Yuu and his team on the planet Kazarin, it is now the turn of Van, the other great Cosmic Fantasy hero, to fight the demonic warriors who threaten the peace of the galaxy. The next suspicious planet is named Idea, and that's where Van and his Little Fox Team are going!
Like the first chapter, this game is a mixture of "digital comic" and RPG. Locations are viewed from first-person perspective, and you interact with the environment by selecting menu commands ("Look", "Talk", "Move", etc.). At the same time, Van and his party participate in turn-based battles, gain levels, equip weapons, and perform other similar RPG activities.

Trivia
The long title can be translated as "The Legend of the Milky Way Boy - Second Part: In the Universe of Light". Although
umi normally means "sea", it is written on the game cover the same way as
uchuu, "universe", with the unusual pronunciation written on top of the signs.
