The relationship between Dames Simulator and Dames Grand Maître was also discussed on EAB, especially after mai bumped it (post #6):

In post #7, especially the "Edit:" part, based on elements from a CPC database, I conclude that: "it makes it very likely that it is the same game content-wise, although peripherals elements have been changed (title screen, endorsements, instructions)."
Right now, in HOL we treat Dames GM and Dames S as alternate entries since the differences are only minor elements. Might not be MG policy though.
