Dead Space

It looks like a Wii version is gonna be released in the fall, but it's gonna be completely redone. This time its gonna be a first-person rail shooter instead and they are calling it Dead Space: Extraction. check it out.

if it's "completely redone", doesn't that mean it's not a "Wii version" but a different game for a different platform set in the same game world?

That's true. Also, it's a prequel, with a new main character.

A rail shooter for the Wii, huh? Looks like EA is really thinking outside the box... =(

Too bad it won't be The Typing Of The Dead Space.

Sir, that is a monumental idea. The Typing of the Dead is by far the best zombie/educational game I've ever played. However, I never got the sense that Dead Space was "campy", though a Dead Space rail shooter has the abiltiy to evolve there, I guess.

Also, "Wii version" does nothing for me or my erection. I wish the Wii and all of its bad games would go away and stop pestering me with its success.
