The title screen

The game may have been renamed Defendroid but if you look hard enough there is still a trace of its origins

The high score table comes pre-populated

The game comes with a snazzy help file that's accessed via the menu bar

The game can be played via the keyboard, mouse or joystick

The controllers can be configured, these are the default keyboard controls

Games can be recorded and played back<br>Players can generate their own patch files and use them in the game

The flying blocks represent an explosion<br>White flying blocks mean it's one of the player's ships that has been destroyed

At the end of each wave / level the player's score is calculated, then it's on to the next wave

I've picked up a humanoid person from a falling alien craft. Now all I have to do is put him/her/it down safely

Those pink cube things leave a trail of mines behind them

Sometimes a smart bomb is the only way to clear a tough area

This is the point where the player leaves the planet and the battle is fought entirely in space

In space the player faces swarms of aliens<br>These multi-coloured ones are kamikaze ships, they swarm and collide
