You can bypass any system and open any door with just one multitool/lockpick. When you start hacking/picking enter the inventory menu and wait for a while, as the hacking/picking countdown is still running. Once you exit the inventory menu you'll have a hacked system or open door after wasting just a single multitool/lockpick!
