The game's main menu screen
Level 1. Four lives left and one in play. Scoring is one or two points per space ship shot, not the 50 or 100 found in other games.
The ship switches to a side on view when moving left / right
When a life is lost the player restarts at the start of the level but keeps their current score. new lives can be picked up as bonus items
Further into the level. The sides of this channel pulsate which is a nice effect.
The Hi-score table is populated considerately so that its possible to get on there without completing the first level
