The DOS Spirit
Kort fortalt, få spill tilfredstiller eller kaprer helt lysten til å bokse, men denne tittelen gjør det hele veien. Med en enkel tilnærming av testosteronens slagferdige verden, er det vanskelig å ikke bli imponert. Var det et spil man skulle spille i 1991, forutenom «Monkey Island», så var det dette. Kampen er avgjort, og «4D Boxing» har feid alle av banen og står glisende på podiet med vår ultimate æresmedalje, «Golden DOS Spirit». Vel fortjent!

Kein Zweifel, 4D-Sports Boxing macht nicht zuletzt wegen der tollen VGA-Grafik Spaß. Wer schon immer mal in einen Boxring steigen wollte, ohne Gefahr zu laufen, sich die Gehirnzellen rausprügeln zu lassen, kann hier ordentlich Dampf ablassen. Dafür, daß die Prügelei nicht zum stumpfen Eindreschen auf ein paar Pixel verkommt, sorgen die verschiedenen Kampftaktiken der 50 Computergegner. Der Reiz, sich ein paar Rangplätze nach oben zu boxen, ist groß. Hat man aber den Weltmeistertitel erkämpft und alle Gegner vertrimmt, läßt die Motivation spürbar nach.
