About half of the 43 page manual consists of an outlined history of the Middle East and includes sections on the roots of Islam, colonial influences, history of Israel, various wars, Desert storm, and technical comments on various aircraft.

Probably one of the hardest scenarios in the game is trying to defend tiny little Lebanon against Syria, with only 4 SAM units, 1 chopper, and an F-4 unit at your disposal!
