Ce scénario CD est incontournable pour les possesseurs de Battle Isle 2. Quant à ceux qui ne connaissaient pas encore le hit de Blue Byte, il n'est jamais trop tard pour bien faire.

Für PC-Strategen dürfte die erste Scenery CD zu Battle Isle 2 bereits so etwas wie ein vorgezogenes Weihnachtsgeschenk darstellen.

Für Battle-Isle-Fans ist die Scenery-CD fast schon ein Pflichtkauf, für alle anderen Taktikfreunde aufgrund der Mehrspieleroption sicherlich eine Überlegung wert.

As always, the presentation is superb, with rendered plot scenes, polygon-based battle scenes and oodles of sound effects and music. Battle Isle 2 is one of the best war game / strategy game combos around, and the data disc gives you more of its unique brand of stylish gameplay.

If you've played the first game, you will have noticed that each mission will become more difficult. The expansion starts exactly where the first game ended, and it is adviced to finish the original campaign before tackling this expansion. In fact, I have been hanging on the fourth mission for a few days and still get defeated utterly. The AI really knows which are your most valuable units, and will for example launch kamikaze attacks against your only repair vehicle now. In short, even the most hardcore gamers will find this expansion beyond their skills. :)
