So, this is either the same game as this or the cover is wrong.

Cover and German release info are wrong. It's two different games, the screenshots look nothing alike.

That was one of the shareware games in a bundle I have, likely no cover art exists for it. Unfortunately the names are identical...release-info is also mixed up I see, Empire has nothing to do with it.

I put some corrections in queue for this, and I found a possible alternate title as well; 'Army Manoeuvres'. Still no covers so far.
